Gosh, where do I even start with how amazing Pauline Kong is! It all started in 2014 when I was looking for a place to rent in Cerritos, we immediately clicked and she showed her knowledge and the fact that she will always go above and beyond for her client and even for me as just a potential renter. I ended up moving into the house and didn't think I'd speak to her again, but she always kept in contact with me, made sure we were happy, would drop by a few times just to bring cookies and see our sons and say hi. She obviously never had to do any of those things but was so sweet. We decided to buy a home in April 2016 and I immediately said I need to call Pauline! She is the best...boy I had no idea how amazing she really was! She showed me quite a few houses, then we looked at one out of my price range and by the time we left the showing she had already talked the seller into accepting an offer at 50,000 less than her asking price, which made it in my price range! She prepared the most extensive offer package I had ever seen and it was accepted! I needed a long escrow until my kids got out of school and she made that happen to! She communicated constantly with me, we really worked well together and I trust her opinion and guidance 1000%. It was a stressful transaction but she hung in there and helped every step of the way. She then surprised us with an amazing gift of landscaping of our front and back that was very expensive and I just couldn't believe it! Once again, the transaction was over and I needed help finding a painter, lighting, flooring etc and she helped me and the work I have had done is impeccable by great people. I ran into a few hiccups while leaving the rental we were in and she was at our walk through with us, and made the process that could have turned out very costly, a very minimal cost. At this point, Pauline has saved us thousands and thousands of dollars and has been my saving grace. I can call her now to this day, anytime with any crazy issue or question and she is there for me ALWAYS! She truly is the most ethical, hard working, honest, knowledgable, kind hearted woman I have ever met. I will use her for my real estate needs for the rest of my life and anyone looking for an agent should look no further than Pauline Kong!
